Dagnese & Cia Ltda. built a house within the Globaltech - Fair of Science, Technology and Innovation. As it can be imagined, building a house with 155 sq meters, within an existing building, where it was not allowed to make foundations or moorings, is a brave project that demonstrates the courage of the company to embrace the major challenges and come them true.

This building was projected to receive all kinds of possible automations, going from solutions of safety, comfort, air conditioning, among many others installed on the occasion. Among the challenges found in this building, we can mention limiting the weight of the structure, the necessity of a rapid and precise assembly, necessity to receive various kinds of finishing, balance for balcony, lock in glass that does not allow big displacements among others.
